Presently, maintaining good health is a massive challenge for all the people who are professionals. We know that present population’s major part is engaged in 10-12 hours of working schedule. Stress is the major factor that all the professionals are facing.
Excessive workload and not having food in time is the key issue in creating health problems like stomach pains, nervous disorder, and skin rashness. Medical Experts in this regard has advised the professionals to avoid personal conflicts and heavy workloads, they have asked to discover relaxations practice in the midst of work like meditation or massage.
Professionals are very much interested in having snacks and other junk foods which must be avoided. Eating healthy is a must to control work and also to handle stress factors. It is the food which provides us energy, therefore the selection of food has to be done intensely avoiding snacks and junks. Professionals who all are engaged in the work of long hours of sitting must change their body position repeatedly in order to avoid body lock.

Being busy at work doesn’t mean we can’t take care of ourselves. Do not remain seated for more than 30 minutes at a time. Frequently take walks in-and-around your workplace. No matter how busy a person’s schedule is, there is a small tip that one should follow:
Good sleep: One should sleep 5 to 7 hours in a day to be in a good state of mind. Bodily intake: Busy routine can lead you to compromise on your eating & drinking habits. Have a heavy breakfast, fair/moderate lunch & a meager dinner. Do not rest directly after consumption. Bring nutrition to your diet. Eat fruits & vegetables.

Media also plays a strong role in influencing peoples; there are several fashion specific TV channels, teleserials, movies etc, which gives ideas to the people on fashion. In earlier days, fashion was frequently used to symbolize richness and elegance but today the whole idea has changed as it is more about wearing and carrying attitude, irrespective of kind of clothes you are wearing.

I like music so much from my childhood. I still remember that during my childhood days the weekend means all the Sundays was fixed as music day. All through the day, the slow music was running in the center of the house and every family member was busy doing their work. It helps us in keeping our mind strong, powerful and busy.
Music is like yoga, it makes us joyous and helps in keeping hormonal balance in the body, relief our minds and body, thus keeps us physically and mentally healthy and fit.
Music plays a great role in making us happy in our difficult time and gives a lot of comfort to our mind.
Music is very powerful and has the ability to convey the positive message to all sorts of emotions without telling and asking anything to anyone. Music also increases or improves the concentration power of human being by removing all the negative thoughts.
